Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Rudobferus for legal services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Services are provided by licensed legal professionals in compliance with German law (RVG, StGB, GDPR).

2. Scope of Services

Rudobferus provides contract drafting, deal advisory, and legal consulting. Services are delivered as agreed in individual engagement letters. We reserve the right to decline cases outside our expertise.

3. Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted per engagement and invoiced monthly or upon completion. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payment incurs 5% annual interest. Travel costs and third-party expenses are billed separately.

4. Confidentiality

All client communications and documents are strictly confidential under attorney-client privilege. We do not disclose information without written consent, except as required by law or court order.

5. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. We collect only necessary information for service delivery and legal compliance. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rudobferus liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profit damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, outstanding invoices remain due. We will transfer all documents and work product to you upon payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved under German jurisdiction, with courts in Bonn being the exclusive venue.

9. Changes to Terms

Rudobferus may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
